Simple Tips for Common Cold & Cough:

  1. Make hot chicken soup with lots of garlic in it and have it when it is hot. It helps to clear your nasal passage.

  2. Keep your feet in warm water helps in relieving nasal congestion.

  3. Boil half a bowl of water and add few drops of eucalyptus oil and inhale the steam.

    1. Take 2 tablespoons of coconut oil and heat it and mix it with same amounts of lemon juice.

    2. Apply the mixture to your scalp.

  3. Lemon Juice & Garlic Powder

    1. Take 2 tablespoons of garlic powder and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and make a paste.

    1. Add two tablespoons of tea powder in half cup of water.
